career is a service of the
Southeastern Pennsylvania Image Marketing Campaign (CAMPAIGN).
The CAMPAIGN is comprised of the human services
agencies and organizations in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery
and Philadelphia counties that subscribe to the CAMPAIGN, the five
county mental health and mental retardation departments in
southeastern PA, and licensed entities. (See a list of members under
“Participating Providers”).
This service is FREE to applicants seeking job
opportunities in the fields of developmental disabilities or mental
health.
When applying directly through career, job applicant information will
be shared with employers whose agencies or organizations are members
of the CAMPAIGN.
Applicants are not assured or guaranteed employment
by the CAMPAIGN, only that their inquiry or application will be
shared with the members of the CAMPAIGN for purposes of
consideration for employment. Each member agency has its own
application and interview process, as well as criteria and
qualifications for employment. All terms and conditions of
employment are between the employer and the applicant.
Applications made to career will be posted on the
CAMPAIGN’S Job Candidate Processing Database which is accessible
only to subscribing employers who are registered with and authorized
by the CAMPAIGN. The CAMPAIGN encourages member agencies to utilize
the Job Candidate Processing Database when seeking to fill vacant or
new staff positions. The CAMPAIGN also seeks to educate and inform
potential job candidates about the opportunities and challenges of a
career in the fields of developmental disabilities and mental
health.
In general, CAMPAIGN member agencies and
organizations require the following minimum qualifications for
